Sauce Question

I've been playing with a sauce lately and it's getting really good, good enough I'm thinking of maybe trying to market it. The thing is I don't know anything about how to do that, I would like to get my recipe how I want it and have people taste it before I even approach a facility to make a run. So basically my question is, if I make a batch do any of you wanna try it, and if so how do I safely ship it.

I'd tast it. You can ship FedEx. Pack it well.

Well it would be a lot easier just to ship the recipe. Hauling around a bunch of glass and ketchup have to get expensive.

I'll try it, too! I buy sauce on line and it comes shipped in bubble wrap. I guess you need to find out how to vacuum seal the jars. A lot of people do that with their preserves, etc.
