Shot this one at 9 ...oh forget it. :roll:
14lb Shady Brook 3%, but brined anyway with aromatics, oranges, onions, n apples.
Stuffed the inside with fresh of the above. Had to buy some special Wolfepics to secure the skin.

Took it down to a friends house and filled my gullet for sure!

When the boys break out the BGE's at camp and we do Turkey, That's our song. And yes, I do the "Peter" dance. Great when the women join in.
