It doesn't get easier than this!

Spinach Tortellini Soup

1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach
2 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth
9 oz fresh tortellini pasta
¾ tsp dried basil
¾ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot over high heat, combine the spinach and chicken broth. Heat to boiling and then reduce heat to low. Add the tortellini and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the tortellini is cooked to desired tenderness. Season with basil, garlic powder and salt and pepper, to taste.
