Back in 2008 I asked if any body had the instruction booklet for the Sunbeam Carousel Rotisserie Broiler, and some one was kind enough to send me a copy. (complete with recipes) I put it on my web site and put a link to it in the old thread. Since then Geo cities (where my site was hosted, shut down) I have been recieving emails asking if I still have my copy. I do!. I have put it here for all to use.
