Baked potatoes , butternut squash and brined , rubbed chicken thighs.
2 hrs from start to finish and it all tasted great

Wow..thank for sharing. Looks like the Hambone family is eating high on the hawg or chicken so to speak. Thought I was the only one slaving over a hot barbie today I like to use the barbie terminology to placate any mates which might be lurking from down under. I just got done cooking 4 Top Sirloins on the gasser. Whew thats a bunch of work. Feel like I am down in my back over it. Two was from Omaha steaks and two was from Nolan Ryan. Used Omaha steaks seasoning. Try that if you ever get a chance. We really like it on about any kind of grilled items. Bon apetit. I dont take pics while I am busy cooking. I dont want to get grease on my smart phone.
