Last night's meal was great!!!
Even tho it was drizzling a bit, I fired up the charcoal grill & grilled some Tandoori-marinated chicken pieces. Served them with an impromptu side of Zatarain's "Yellow Rice" mix with additions of half a bag of frozen chopped spinach, as well as a large can of rinsed & drained chickpeas, & a goodly sprinkling of ground cayenne pepper. It was fabulous, & worked perfectly with the mildly spiced grilled chicken.
Another "thumbs up" from the husband - lol!! Guess I'll making this again.
