I know it's too early for most of you to think about lunch, but I'll tell you what I cooked anyway.
I made a tomato sauce from some plum tomatoes I still had in my freezer, then I poured it into the pan where I had started browning some small pieces of stewing beef with some garlic and Evo oil.
