This evening I grill some pork chops I put in a Teriyaki marinade last night. These were some really tasty and juicy chops with the orange tree chunks I used for smoke.
Served with potato salad made from potatoes I boiled with the crawfish yesterday and a fresh from the garden cucumber and tomato salad.
Glazed with a lil Yuengling and peach preserve sauce I whipped up
