Between the cooking and the constant guests and the vodka, I forgot to thank my secret santa for sending some wonderfull gifts from Utah. I got some nice sea salt, a jar of Peppercorn Malange and a bottle of "Jeri's" BBQ sauce. The peppercorns and sea salt were used for the crust on my Christmas eve prime rib, so I had to test the sauce. Just found a package of pp in the freezer, thawed it and made a sammy using the sauce. Very yummy ! Thanks again !
