Glad you liked the article. I got it from a new site I found, www.thefoodsection.com. Leite's Culinaria listed it as a good resource. It's a blog that has food news, photos, and links to the food sections of newspapers across the country. It seems to have a lot of focus on NYC, so it'll be more useful to some than others, but it's good. Great article about touring the Viking Range factory. I want to go!

I worked in NYC for a year right after I got out of school. Lived in Weehawken and couldn't afford to enjoy much of anything the area had to offer but it was still a cool experience. I haven't been back to NYC in 4 years and really miss it!
