Been a while since I cooked one. Seasoned with Montreal Steak seasoning, and used a couple small chunks of peach for smoke. Also threw on the remaining tater tots we had leftover in the bag.


While the tri tip was resting I sauteed up some green beans and mushrooms,


and garlic cheese bread


tri tip rested and sliced
