Tried a new beer last night

I had a Pyramid Brewing Company Apricot Ale last night. This was a very smooth, light tasing brew. I am definitely going to try to track down a 6 pack very, very soon!!!

Wasn't overly sweet...but it had an excellent, light flavor.

Pyramid Beers are VERY, VERY good. If you ever go to Seattle I recommend you stop by their brewery/restaurant and order their beer sampler. Their Hefeweissen is also really good too. We used their Apricot Ale to make a Beer-Braised Pork Roast and that turned out really well.

i'm not a big fan of flavored beers, except maybe ed's cave creek chilli beer, but a good lemon or raspberry hefeweissen is nice on a hot day.
