I made another new to me, Danish recipe. This time it was chicken stroganoff. It's not a repeat yet, but I made two servings and it looks like I have enough left for two more meals for me. I had it with the last of the already cooked, brown, basmati rice and an asparagus salad. The salad has pan roasted asparagus, lemon juice, toasted almond slices (it was supposed to be pumpkin seeds, but I seem to be out.), lonza, feta, haskap berries, EVOO, and a drizzle of honey. I guess that salad was a bit filling. But, it's asparagus season and I'm gonna get my local, seasonal asparagus while I can. I will definitely make that chicken stroganoff again. I'll make that asparagus dish again too, but it's already a favourite.
