Hi...My name is Dennis. I live in SE Florida. I love to BarBQue. I am trying to get into smoking alot more though. I would appreciate any help I can get from you guys (or gals). first of all. is there any set rule as to Timing? like if you are smoking a whole Boston Butt or some kind of large Pork Roast. What is the general Time per pound or whatever?
