Washing Up
THis week-end there is an Asian Festival at the fair grounds, and in the food section in wednesday''s paper they printed a recipe for this taht was created by chef Ken Nagao last year and he is doing it again for the fair this year. It states that his recipe for this is really popular in Hawaii. Any truth to that wasabi? If anyone is interested, let me know and I will post the recipe. It seem to be like regular sushi.
