So after not having a proper supper for several nights, I finally prepped early enough that I wasn't too exhausted to cook.

Absolutely delicious - Mussels in Cream and Pernod.

Good thing I wasn't in a restaurant - not a pretty picture of me shoveling them into my maw!
I should also mention - the Pernod police will be after me as while waiting to add the Pernod - I hit the handle of the measure cup and it flew all over the floor. I really hope my neighbours were inside eating their own meal. It was not a pretty sound.

I'm dealing with a migraine that started at about 2 AM. So, we ordered hamburgers. I had mine with no bun, lettuce, pickles, sautéed mushrooms, and onion. There was supposed to be some spicy mayo, but they forgot it. I had grilled asparagus with parm and lemon as a side. DH had a burger with whatever it is he likes on his and a side of Caesar salad.
