I think it would be good on chicken, too. It would also be good on a mild white fish, like tilapia or halibut. You could also mix it with mayo and use it as a sauce on pasta. HTH.
Lemon and dill are absolutely perfect with Salmon. You can marinade the salmon for about 15 to 30 minutes (no more than that, or the fish starts "cooking" in the acidic liquid). Or, you can brush it on as the fish is cooking.
Lemon & Dill is a perfect "marriage" with salmon. Shrimp would be my second choice. I've done a turkey breast in the slow cooker with the marinade, but it was a little stong. Maybe it was the brand I bought.
