Two poached eggs on a bed of steamed Swiss Chard, a side of steamed barley flavored with miso, and a BIG glass of veggie juice (tomato, celery, carrot, cucumber, kale, and Italian parsley--all from the garden).
I make eggs florentine minus the cheese every morning in my microwave.
What a delicious sounding combination. I've heard of sausage and bacon with eggs but never pastrami. Of course, there are pastrami's, and then there are Pastraaaaaami's. Know what I mean?Pastrami and sunnyside up eggs.
