Found I only had Israeli couscous and that isn't want I wanted so I made orzo with pesto and rolled the scallops in a little cumin/smoked paprika/cayenne; then seared them in butter and a little olive oil.

This was our dinner that night... I'm kinda late with pictures and didn't really follow a recipe. I ended up using cr. of mushroom soup for a sauce.I'm up early and was waiting to see if someone was going to start this thread. So, I thought I would .
Tonight I'm going to make my breaded pork chops (supposed to have them last night), glazed carrots (I have a bunch of carrots that I have to use up) and mashed potatoes. I'll come back later with recipes.
