Hi fellas,
I bought my first wok recently and I seasoned it. I am not sure of results that are good or bad. My wok is all black in the middle and low-side. I checked pictures on google and they are not so black as my. Could I overdo it that I have burned my new wok? I tried to cook some food and tastes good and its nonsticky, but I am not really sure about results... Eventually can I reseason it completely like scrubbing all off and start again?
