Your favorite recipe site

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that enjoys cooking.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
Here's another favourite, tried & true, trustworthy website --

https://nchfp.uga.edu/
It's the (US) National Center for Home Food Preservation and has the most current research-based recommendations for most methods of home food preservation.
It details how to safely can, pressure can, freeze, dry, smoke, ferment, pickel, and more. Veg, fruit, meat, fruit - you name it, they'll explain how to preserve it safely.

I suspect many of us who like to can also use this website because I've seen it mentioned from time to time.

Anytime I have to read a dissertation before it gets to the recipe I'm gone/done.
I mean do me really want to know your life story before the recipe?
So, I downloaded the Food Network app. No stories, no fluff. Limited but just recipes.

Most of those blog sites have a button somewhere near the top of the page that says SKIP TO RECIPE
