Dinner Plans 6/16
I'm going to experiment with a Parmesan Garlic sauce for some Chicken Wings.
Maybe some cold melon soup for dessert!!!

BBQ'ed beef ribs, roasted potatoes, caesar salad and whatever we can squeeze in for dessert. Yum.

Not quite sure yet. I got called into work (4pm to 7pm).......paying double time. I may work from 7pm to 11pm too ..... just kind of depends right now. If not then I'm going to see if DH wants to meet me for supper. Otherwise, I'll probably just end up skipping it as 7p to 11p is crunch time at work for that shift.

DH has been out of town all week - I am toddler-ed and teenager-ed out - - when DH gets home I'm outa here - don't know where, don't care..... I think it is safe to say there is no dinner for me tonight - maybe a liquid dinner when I get home.

It's pizza night for us. I got spinach, tomatoes, and mushroom toppings for me, and for my hubby I got pepperoni, mushrooms, and jalapenos.

It was such a beautiful evening yesterday that I quartered up a nice fat chicken & tossed it on the charcoal grill. Served it with a mixed green salad.
