Ground turkey cooked with taco seasoning put into a flour tortilla with lettuce, tomato, alvacado, cheese, and a chipolte/sour cream dressing I made for last night's dinner.

just depends on where I am tonight. if I'm home that means the DIL didn't have the baby. if I'm still in Vegas, then she did and I'm babysitting. if I'm home and home early enough, DH and I will go to our favo Mexican restaurant.

Trying to get back to normal here. It's leftovers from my mom's funeral. All the kids will be here. Lots of pasta, meatballs, salads, pastries.

My condolences Elaine.

For DH and the border it will be sirloin steak with potato for the border and salad for DH and some fried onions and mushrooms for both. For me, a can of meal replacement shake. The pain and medications for my leg have really taken away my appetite.
