Corned beef is almost done cooking. DD’s will have hot CB and cheese sandwiches. Hub and I will be having CB, potatoes and cabbage

Not sure. I had planned to make pork chops, applesauce and salad, but I'm not feeling very well. Might end up ordering pizza and just making salad for my FIL (DH and I got full before we ate the ones I made last night).

Chicken pot pie here. most every thing was done at a different time weeks ago. I froze the pre-measured chicken stock, part of the chicken meat. Thawed it all out yesterday. I just need to peel a couple potatoes and blanch in water a little.

I just need to make the crust yet. It’s a little cold here today and I’m feeling a little lazy so I may do it rustic looking.

Corned beef, baby yukons and red bliss and cabbage.

There's leftover chili and the last of the split-pea soup. I could make cod, but think the KN should finish some of what is leftover.

Used leftover chicken to make chicken salad sammies, plus coleslaw and Fritos, which were BOGO at the grocery this week, with 1 bag earmarked for Frito pie soon.

Chateaubriand...
We are renovating the other half of our kitchen so I didn't remove the junk from the kitchen table..just plunked everything down..too busy clearing snow and watching football..I made duck fat potatoes, and a few mushroomies...that sauce is wine/shallot/demi glace....

We had leek and potato soup as an appetizer and then we had mock armadillo (Danish meat loaf) with potato boats, rødkål (Danish red cabbage), and two kinds of picked beets: standard Danish pickled beets and the same with jalapeños added before pickling to made them hot. Stirling made the meat loaf and had made the rødkål several weeks ago. We both made the pickled beets a couple of weeks ago. I made the leek and potato soup.
