We had smoked salmon on bagels with cream cheese, sliced onion, and capers. I had a pickle and olives on the side and DH had a pickle and pickled pearl onions on the side.
 
I ran errands in the direction of our favorite Thai place. We've been craving it, but they were shut down for six(!) weeks while Covid ran through their family. The owner Siri told me that they all came through it fine except for one brother. He is having nerve issues. The doctors think he should be OK, though.

I got chicken satay, Thai rolls, pad Thai, and chicken with cashews. I also ordered glass noodle soup, but it was left on the counter in the kitchen. Now they owe me one!

We had baked chicken thighs with couscous and buttered Brussel sprouts. Well....I had buttered Brussel sprouts. ;)
