My Tuesday's Effort is going to be Ham Steaks,
Potatoes Au Gratin
and Bacon infused Kale

There will be cookies for dessert later. (that's is if DH hasn't eaten them all by now-I haven't looked )

Kind of a messed up day with rising very early. I didn't eat until about 2:00PM when I made a hearty omelet with green pepper, onion, ham and cheese.

Not hungry, so I'll have a snack later.

Stone Bowl Bibimbap

Fried Tofu
Stir fried Broccoli
Stir fried Bean Sprout,
Yuba ( tofu skins ) in Mushroom 'Oyster' Sauce
Shiitake Mushrooms in brown sauce ( actually left over from Saturday's Take in
Throw together 'same day' kimchee
(My wife doesn't like kimchee so none on hers)

Over rice ( Heated so the rice gets crispy on the bottom)

Busy day today, so, once again, I made a virtually no cook meal. Store bought tourtière, rice pilaf left from resto orders, roast potatoes left from resto orders, and rødkål (Danish red cabbage) that we made a while ago. I did make gravy.

We headed out to the funky little town of Matlacha to eat at Blue Dog Bar & Grill. Got in early so we could poke around some of the quirky shops. Bought a really colorful, lively print of a pufferfish - his name is Scribbles! Dinner was a shared plate of fried conch, then Himself had a rice and salad bowl topped with blackened tripletail and I had shrimp cakes with potato salad. I also had a cup of she-crab soup. Himself got a takeout slice of key lime pie. More leftovers...

Jeannie wanted a romaine salad with warm bacon dressing.

She baked me a batch of sesame cookies for dessert and beyond.

CG, that meal sounds delish! Travel there is worth it for just even that kind of choice in meals!

and yup, I too would like to see a pic of Scribbles!

All these meals makes me want to chow down on all of them! Where do I start? Stir Fry, Salad, Sausages, Potato Gratin, Omelet

Love Scribbles!

Last night's dinner was Swedish Meatballs with mashed taters and steamed yellow squish (plural, as we had 2 yellow squash)...it was yummy and hit the spot!
