Wednesday night is Pasta Night ;
Breaded-Stacked Eggplant Parmesan, Spaghetti with some of the Marinara sauce, Steamed Sprouts, Pasta Salad...

I made grilled cheese sandwiches. With salsa and onion for DH. No salsa in mine. We also had Habitant French Canadian Pea Soup.
 
We had deli fried chicken ( so-so) and I made twice baked potatoes. We already had buttermilk green mint ice cream with chocolate swirls this afternoon and we may have more later.
 
My Irish eyes are smiling!

I went with traditional corned beef and cabbage. Dessert is the last of the butterscotch pie.

That's what we had for dinner.

Corned beef will have to wait - we had lots of leftovers. I did make big tossed salads, and trimmed and cooked fresh green beans. Himself and I finished up the porcupine meatballs from the stuffed cabbage (he had two; me, one), then I had some of the chicken and orzo dish. There's still some of that leftover, if anyone is interested...:whistling
