We had deli fried chicken ( so-so) and I made twice baked potatoes. We already had buttermilk green mint ice cream with chocolate swirls this afternoon and we may have more later.
Corned beef will have to wait - we had lots of leftovers. I did make big tossed salads, and trimmed and cooked fresh green beans. Himself and I finished up the porcupine meatballs from the stuffed cabbage (he had two; me, one), then I had some of the chicken and orzo dish. There's still some of that leftover, if anyone is interested...
