Squash Blossoms

Larry, I do use the upper 2" or so of the stems, just below the blossoms. And I usually don't add spice mixes with dried chiles to these, when making tacos or quesadillas, as it's easy to overpower the flavor of the blossoms. I just sauté some onion, and a little garlic, some green chile, for a little heat, plus the fresh tomatoes, not cooking tomatoes too much (the SBs are usually frozen, already cooked, for me, otherwise, cook fresh ones with the onions) and add a mild cheese to the taco, like queso fresco.

Thanks, looks like ill be giving it a go within the next few weeks . Always looking to add new dishes/ variety to my meal rotation.
