Nathan's rather than Hebrew National. Hebrew National is so loaded with flavorings, I get the feeling that the 'higher source' is trying to hide something from me.

well that depends...
but especially when baking,
I follow a recipe to the letter, the first time and then...
(and boiled anything ACK!  my mother boiled EVERYTHING)
