i recently made sausage and a knockoff nduja with a buddy's father who is from italy. love the nduja knockoff. oh so good!

I'm glad you're a fan of Italian cuisine, I'll post some typical recipes more than willingly.

Nduja is a great special calabrian product, I use it quite often.

And that you made one, wow, congratulations! Looks fantastic!
