ISO help using/DE SILVA Terre d'Umbria

Hi there, I got a new DE SILVA Terre d'Umbria deep dish as a gift. It didn't come with a top though. Everywhere I look online for recipes, the pots always have a top. Am I good to use it in the oven with no lid or am I better covering it up with aluminum foil?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're slow cooking stews, braises, etc. you need a cover of some type to hold in the heat and moisture.
