Salad Master Machine?

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that enjoys cooking.

Sorry keltin, it is another case of replying before thinking.
In this case, skip the therapist sessions and fly to France or Belgium and get an entire set of Baumalu pans or Falk Culinair plus the Mandoline. LOL

I am not sure about you Caine, but with $3,000 I can get a cheap ticket to France/Belgium and get the cookware. Believe me, it is not as expensive there as it is here in USA.

I inherited a saladmaster machine from my mother in-law, and I'm trying to find out if there's anything missing. The main thing I might be missing is a food guide. I can't see anything on the machine that tells me which era model I have, and they have two different guides on their website. There are small holes on either side of the place where you put the cones that might be the place such a guide would go. I just sent a message to them via their 'contact us' form; I hope I don't get hassled by a pushy salesperson; I am NOT hosting a party or buying their over priced cookware!
