Many years ago I was a apprentis cook and my master Chef gave me his formula for cracked black pepper seasoning and I have used it for 50 years

I bought a bottle of Penzey's 4/S the other day on Andy's rec and when I got it home I added 2 packets of Goya Sauzon to it. I really like it a lot.
