Butterflied pork loin spread with the spinach mixture, rolled & tied seared in pan then roasted) served with rosemary roasted Red & Yukon potatoes & onions, buttered steamed Brussels sprouts & pork gravy.
I burned myself several times making dinner!! It’s been 3 hours and they still burn like hell!!

Fill a zip bag with cold water...no ice...and hold it on the burns. If there are no blisters put a very light coat of face cream on them when the burning stops. Blisters, cover with light gauze to protect, no ointment or creams.
