I asked Campbell what she wanted for dinner tonight and she said she wanted tacos..."but not the kind we had the other night"...Which means, hard shell tacos form a kit... Hey, I can do that!
Fixins ready...I'll explain the rib rack in a minute.
The dogwoods are blooming...sure sign that Spring is here!
1 lb ground beef on direct to brown...
...then moved indirect, seasoning packet and water added and simmered for 10 minutes.
Ready!
When we do these inside we always have issues with the shells closing up while warming in the oven. I have a couple of rib racks that I never use so I took one and bent the rails inward to try and solve this. Worked great!
Shells done...nice and wide.
Make your own tacos night!
Leigh-Ann, of course, had hers as a salad.
Campbell and I had them traditional style.
Dinner's over, dishes are done, time for an after dinner Jameson/rocks...
...and then hang outside for a while and "talk" to you fine people!
