So I have been documenting the cooks along the way, but have not been able/been too lazy to post them up until now. So this will be a pretty large post to catch us up and prove that I actually own a grill...
Sorry for the blur, but all I have is an Iphone to take the pics on.
First, before I had the grill I still cooked:
Bleu Cheese Filet with Balsamic Vinagrette&Craisens Salad
Also, Granny's home made biscuits (wife likes em):
Okay, onto the grilling:
First cook with gasser
A little Grilled Pizza-didnt have any other meat so I used left over filet. Pesto base with fresh tomato and some mozzarella.
Here is the Blackened Chicken recipe I posted on the forums (the thigh parts in the pic turned into honey,soy,ginger skewers):
used blackening seasoning and mayo-chicken is the most disguisting thing on the planet BTW, and yes.....my dumb ass did spatchcock the sternum out of the chicken instead of the backbone my first time....oops!

Pork Tenderloin I marinated in dark soy, honey, and ginger (after slicing up) and skewered so the guest wouldnt have to cut it up:
Steven Raichlen grape leaf wrapped beef seasoned with a marinade that included asian fish sauce(this was an addictive finger food...smells awful until cooked):
