Simple s&p and some Tony C's on the ribs. Fatty has sliced wood ear mushrooms, onion, garlic and the rub is Ron's with some Tony C's.

Looks great. Never heard of wood ear mushrooms. Is that something you pick out in the woods yourself?

We have no trees here, Lew.(and no moisture) I had ordered a sample of mushrooms from a place up in the nw somewhere. They are dried and you just rehydrate and use as fresh. I had them in the freezer and just grabbed a pkg and went with it.

Ribs look nice! Fatty is interesting. I'm sure I could eat that if you send it to me. Nice cook!

Looks great!

I've never enjoyed beef ribs before but I'm going to give them a try on the Kamado, I've been watching youtube videos of people doing the Low & slow cook lately and said to myself - I GOTTA TRY THESE!
