Brown 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger and drain grease.
Add 1 chopped onion.
Add 2 cans of whole kernel corn and juice.
Add 2 cans Bush's Chili Beans and juice.
Add 2 cans petite diced tomatoes and juice.
Add 1 package Taco Seasoning (Original or Mild)
Stir and let simmer.
Serve with Spoonbread:
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs
1 can cream corn (14 3/4 oz)
1 stick of margarine
1 box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
Heat oven to 350* Melt margarine in a 9 by 13 inch pan. Mix sour cream, eggs, corn and cornbread mix. Put in the pan, bake for about 1 hour. Yours may get done quicker.
