My teammate Crystal met a couple of folks who
are putting together a hardcover cookbook of their
friends cooking....they asked if I would do something
for it.
I decided to do a salmon with an onion crust. Not a lot
of good shots of the finished product, there were 6 people
milling around, but I got these shots....they loved the salmon.
First I put s and p and lemon juice on the salmon...covered
with pesto (next time I'll use more), then topped with Frenchs
onion rings that I had lightly crushed.
20 minutes on a hot grill, and it came out great.
