I am hunkered down today--nasty snowy windy day--and canning stuff for Christmas. I did some lemon curd, and used up most of my sugar. I also extracted the juice from 2 gallons of sour cherries that I picked last spring.
I found a can of vanilla sugar in the back of the cabinet--do you think cherry vanilla jelly would be good? I don't eat jelly, too sweet for me, so I can't really judge this question.
