Chicken Ceaser Salad and Black Bean Soup

Skinless boneless thighs marinated on Mojo Criollo all day and on the grill

Chicken done and french bread on with some garlic butter.

Chopped the chicken and put together a Ceaser salad.

Plated with some cheesy garlic bread and some black bean soup made with the bone from out Easter ham.

Yeah I'm finding my late-ends (leftovers) smoked meat goes great in some home-made soups. Salads as well, healthier choices than sitting down to a pulled pork for dinner.
