Chicken Chow Mien Noodle Casserole (Low Cal)

Chicken Chow Mien Noodle Dish

1/4 cup onion, chopped

3 cups celery, saute' for 2 minutes

2 cups chicken or turkey or 2 cooked chicken breast halves, cut up

1 can cream of mushroom soup

3 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 can chow mien noodles, 4 ounces

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Put aside 1/2 of the chow mien noodles. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a casserole dish. Top with the reserved noodles. Bake for 1/2 hour. Makes 6 servings.

Nutritional Values: 220 calories, 12 grams fat, 16 grams carbohydrates, per serving.
