Corned Beef Brisket?

Excellent job Buzz. I'm doing corned beef and cabbage on Friday. I have my inlaws over every year for St. patty's Day because it's my FIL birthday. This year we have to move it a day because my wife has school on Thursday nights. I'm going to smoke 2 and cook 2 tradtional style. Should be fun.

Nice job bbquzz. 2 questions for you. Do you ever share your cooks with your neighbors and 2nd, any of your neighbors getting ready to sell their house and move? I could live in OH.

Soak and rinse well. Apply mustard and black pepper and corriander and smoke away.

What Nick said and soak the crap out of it as they are very salty.
