Delmonicos and Veggies

3 'Delmonico' (rib eye, rib steak, etc.) steaks seasoned with kosher salt and pepper. Along with roasted red pepper, red onion, russet potatoes and GREAT corn on the cob! Had we had more I would have played a Hayden and eaten 6 ears it was that good!!!

Great looking meal as usual - you're a grilling machine. When I was a kid, my mom would order a Delmonico steak and later in life I decided to cook some, but had trouble nailing them down.
