Dinner For April 18

i am having meatloaf muffins, baked potato and green pea salad.

Wow! I looked under the "Today's Menu" sub-forum and there wasn't a thread. I'm glad you started one!

For us it was meat loaf, baked potatoes, and corn on the cob.

Craig made chicken fried steak and mashies with gravy and some sauteed squash. One of my fav comfort meals and needed it last night. Thanks hunny!

I made my take on Swiss Steak and we had mashed potatoes and french green beans along side.

I had taken that container of red stuff out of the freezer two days ago and it turned out to be one of my loaded spaghetti sauces, with big meatballs, sausage, mushrooms and chunks of pepperoni. Served over spaghetti, with loaded garlic bread and a salad.

Thanks Babetoo! I have some leftovers that I'm gonna turn into a Shrimp Parmesan tonight. Hope it turns out as well as I'm hoping.
