Premade crab cakes and frozen breaded shrimp..easy boring....cheating... it's been a long cold day!

Pan-roasted pork chops with Dijon mustard-cider vinegar pan sauce with roasted asparagus and rosemary potatoes. Yummy

we had take out thai/malaysian tonight.

a stuffed and a plain roti with curry dipping sauces, thai lettuce wraps, pad thai, sweet and sour mango chicken, and jasmine rice.

I made a big pot of chowder and some soy hot cocoa for DH as he was out setting up lights after work for a live Nativity (in the snow!) and then shovelling. Both were delish!

panko crusted baked chicken, rice, corn and asparagus. handyman and his buddy came by put up lights. better late than never, i guess. so i cooking dinner for us all. very tasty.

We had a turkey breast with sweet potatoes and salad - it was awesome!
