Last night we had
Lamb yahni cooked with chickpeas
Rice with musrooms and almonds
Rocket salad.

WOW! radhuni, you are early. Early for the U.S. that is. But alas I have already begun to think about dinner. We are having Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast and probably with some yellow rice and steamed broccoli.

I am going to make baked chicken breasts stuffed with feta, a Greek salad and roast potatoes.

Tonight, I'm making Mark a breaded chicken breast with mashed taters and peas.

I might have a vegie mixture of roasted potatoes, broccoli and diced yellow beets (not sure about that one yet) with garlic bread.

Some friends gave us two huge T-bone steaks which DH is going to BBQ (even though it is a little chilly out. I am doing baked potatoes and salad. Should be a great dinner!

Here was Mark's dinner

My dinner was roasted potatos/onions, broccoi, garlic bread and red beets (canned, but still tasty). I had a craving for carbs tonight. :ermm: I didn't eat all of that, obvoiusly... so it's going in my lunch tomorrow with more broccoli.

We had T bones, baked taters and green beans.
I was happy to see Kroger's $4.99 a pound Tbone sale!
