I love eating fish at restaurants but do not often cook fish at home as no one else in the household likes it. However I would like to start cooking fish 2/3 times a week to eat more healthily and hopefully convert some of the family.
I am looking to buy a couple of cookbooks dedicated to fish but need your advice. What I am looking for is a book that has
Plenty of current recipes
Contains all types of fish - from shrimps to cod to sea bream to mussels
I also am a big fan of illustrations. I like to see what the end product should look like (this is probably the greatest criteria)
What books do you suggest?
