DW went out shopping and to dinner with her girlfriends, and I have the night off, so I'm making dinner for the boy and I.
There was a sale on small eye round roasts; a 2 fer 1, so I'm roasting 2 laid end to end, crusted in sel gris and cracked Telicherry, with sweet onions and garlic.
On the bottom shelf I'm baking spuds crusted in Himalayan pink salt.
When it's done and ready to rest, I'm going to saute some yu choy in garlic and Polish butter.
