Fried Chicken

I'm starting to think I am the only person on this board that cooks anymore.

Seasoned and floured some chicken thighs and fried them on my Performer.


Finished the chicken indirect and made some Grand biscuits


While the chicken was finishing up indirect I too some of the oil and the seasoned flour I used on the chicken and made a white gravy.


Plated up with some mixed vegetables

Nah V, I cook all the time, just extremely busy this time of year. Although I come to the forums atleast once a day.
